Shipping

Every item is personalized and made to order. Production takes 3-5 business days, then your order ships with tracking. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as it is on the way.

United States: 5-10 business days after production.

International: 10-20 business days after production. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout where available.

Holiday orders: production times get longer from late November. Order Christmas gifts early to make sure they arrive in time.

Please double-check names, dates and spelling before you check out. We make each piece exactly as entered.

If your order arrives damaged or does not show up, email hello@3tifystudios.com with your order number and we will make it right.
